Start by completing the loan application below. Before you begin, have the following information ready from the Home Overview section on the listing page:
📋 You will need the Sale Price, Home Manufacturer, and Year of the home — all available in the Home Overview section of the listing.
If you need help filling out the application, give us a call at (281) 719-0584 . The lender typically makes a decision within one business day and will send you an Approval Notice by email.
Once you receive your Approval Notice, begin sending 21st Mortgage the requested verification documents:
Once you have received your Approval Notice from the lender, proceed with your park application below. Our office manager will reach out to walk you through the next steps, including reviewing park rules and completing your move-in documents.
